The flexible modular design features screw barrel sections available in various configurations, cooled by an internal bore system with bores near the inner barrel wall. We utilize horizontal CNC and advanced machining techniques to simultaneously process the inner and pin holes, ensuring the barrel's coaxial degree remains within 0.02mm. To control the tolerances of each cylinder row, we use a state-of-the-art 3D measuring instrument. Equipped with cooling channels and fixed screw holes for heaters, we can produce twin screw and single screw barrels based on customer drawings or samples. A QC report is provided prior to delivery, ensuring convenient interchangeability through an agile combination. Our design supports efficient self-cleaning, transmission, compounding, and pressure-forming.
